'Jägst' looks more German, but still it is just 'Jagst' ;)

Was it still NSU-Fiat in 1960? I've read, that they changed it to Neckar in 1959.

I think they changed to Neckar in 1966.
In the late sixties both my older brothers bought their first car: theoldest bought a blue Jagst, the other a white Fiat 600. But both cars were in such a bad shape that my oldest brother made a combination of the best parts of both cars. It resulted in a dark blue object with white doors and other parts, but still mainly rust brown. He called it his Fiat Panda, years before the rear Panda appeared... I remember well that the logo on the facia of the Jagst read 770, and I think it was also written on the rear, but I don't know if this applied to all Jagst models.

The make NSU-Fiat became Neckar for the YM 1961, then the Jagst was added with 770 number in its name, corresponding to the bigger engine 767cc of the new 1961 Fiat 600D. The car on this picture shows side windows without air-defelectors (It seems, but I may be wrong) ==> therefore it's a NSU-Fiat Jagst pre-61, with 633cc engine from the origin. I think I should change the year for the 1st YM of the car ==>1956

Did the German moedls have bigger taillights than the Italian ones? If not, I guess this would rather be a 1961+ version...

Not all 600 in Germany had neccessarily been Jagst. At least the original Fiat 600 was sold, too, as I know also more than Jagst.

It could be a Jagst 770 (1961)
