Regardless, the car shown above is most definitely a 1966 based on the "free-floating" corral in grille and three-toothed side trim. |

This car is either a late model 1965 or very early 1966. The side trim is 100% 1965 while the grille is 1966. |

The rollover damage is fairly light, but in 1990 I doubt anyone would have bothered repairing it. Even now, early Mustang coupes are so common that it would probably be parted out, or at least a candidate for a convertible or fastback conversion. |
