fintail ◊ 2006-11-21 08:35	That car is not a W112 nor it is a 300SE (wrong chrome air regulators behind the doors). It's a W111, probably a 220S. The car also lacks 300SE side chrome trim. And strangely enough, it appears to be a US market car with Euro lights. Mirror position also makes it pre-1964.

Confirming the mirrors. 2) 220 S, not 300 SE, lacking side trim. 3) Although it looks strange for european experts, you could order a 220 S with sealed beams headlamps anywhere, and then, with that central side lamps. The car shall have the headlamps changed back for European codes, and then exposing the mixture.
