From what little I can see, this looks like a 1958 or 1959 Chevrolet Apache, probably a 3600. |

Not a 3600 - those have eight lug wheels. This is either a 3200 (1/2 ton longbed) or 3100 (1/2 ton shortbed), though without a standard bed I can't say for sure which this is. |
