well....it looks to be a white garbage truck, that is a front loader, but with the forks either removed, or lifted, because those MR headlights are used for visibility when a dumpster is blocking the regular headlamps. It is definatley a White of some sorts. Ddey says not Expeditor...so I believe him, as he knows better for American trucks than me, so maybe something else...but not Road Commander, as they are tractors |

Yes it is a White Expeditor with headlights added to it. Might be Mack Headlights |

From my opinion it is most likely a White/Gmc Expeditor with the grill removed and extra lights added. Note the snow plow hitch on the front. |
