How do you tell a Chevrolet Silverado from the 1970's through early 1990's from a Chevrolet Cheyenne? We have (had) a 92' Cheyenne 2500, weakest truck ever built, and we hit a bump in our road during the famous Alaskan Spring Breakups and the front axle came off. If we were driving a Ford F-250, that'd never have happened. |

http://www.73-87.com/7387info/7387trimlev.htm A good site with the differences in trim levels, for both Chev and GMC. Now we can all just stop assuming that every Chevy is a Silverado, and every GMC is a Sierra, right? What can make things confusing is that sometimes, a certain part or molding, that is usually part of a higher trim package, could be added-on as a single option. For example, just because a truck has two-tone paint, doesn't necessarily make it a Silverado. I'd rather drive a Chev, than push a Ford. |

I'd rather die in a Ford Explorer then live in a Chevrolet Blazer . |

Imposter grille!!! It’s a 1981 through 1982 model Chevrolet C/K-Series Silverado. It does look to be a "C-20"… |
