Sorry but I have to disagree I'm afraid. The following are not in keeping with a 1967 Plymouth Valiant Signet: - the angle of the rear of both front and rear wheel arches - the shape of the lower swage line - the absence of emblem on the rear quarter panel (year clue) - the aspect of the rear window and pillar - the profile of the rear bumper As a picture is worth a thousand words here is an annotated comparison between the "Singing in the Sun" stills and the "genuine" article: [url=http://www.virtual-museum.net/plymouth-valiant/images/various/IMCDB_correction-67_plymouth_valiant_signet.jpg] ![]() [/url] In my opinion 1) 2) 4) and 5) also rule out any 68, 69 or 70 Valiant, and the shape of the front wheel arch alone would rule out 67-76 Valiant models in general. |
