There's no bumper trim. This is a 2003-2005 CV Police Interceptor. You can see where the PI badge has been painted over/covered up in the rear. However, the rear tire is one from 1998-2002 models; notice how it protrudes too much to the outside due to the redesigned suspension, brakes, steering and frame that came with the 2003 model.
