I' d say the name 'Heckflosse' was only used for the sedan, not the coupe, since the coupe didn't have real tailfins... |

Yes, a "Heckflosse" or "Flosse" is only the fourdoor-Sedan. Its second successor is sometimes called "Fritten-Benz" ("Fritten" is slang for pommes frites/french fries), because the "123", like the deep frozen McCain-products. -- Last edit: 2008-12-12 21:27:11 |

This scene was an reenactment of the murder of George Cornell who was shot by Ronald Kray at The Blind Beggar pub on Whitechapel Road in Whitechapel, East London on the night of the 9th March 1966. Cornell was a former childhood friend of the Krays who later joined up with the Richardson Gang; the Krays' arch rivals who controlled the areas in South London. Ronald Kray was later convicted for Cornell's murder on the 4th March 1969 and was sentenced to life imprisonment until he died at Wexham Park Hospital while under guard on the 17th March 1995. -- Last edit: 2016-09-12 14:38:43 |
