CougarTim ◊ 2008-12-10 08:27	I did some poking around in Google. Northwest Engineering Company is/was (I'm pretty sure they're out of business, but not completely sure) a manufacturer of heavy equipment based in Chicago. I'm not sure what model this is, but Northwest is the make.
