The closest I've gotten is 1940-1941 Studebaker but I'm not sure that's it.

The door profile is very flat, with no pronounced beltline between the greenhouse and the bodyside. This is unusual for the era. Hudsons were like that, but the inner door opening on Hudsons were square, not rounded.

I think it's a 1940 GM product, i.e. a Chevy or a Pontiac Special Six. Door profile and lock match, as does the filler location and vent window shape.
The only thing I cannot make sense of is the window trim. Possibly borrowed from a '48 Chevy?
