Yup. Weird variant though. Pre-Navistar (1987) emblem above grill, but also has the newer 1985+ grill design also seen on the 9370 models. Based on that grill badge, I'm thinking it's an 85-86 International Harvester Paystar, not a 1987+ Navistar product.
