Looks like Mercedes L3000, but something does not match. |

The cab seems all wrong for a Mercedes. The roof is too flat and the windows and windscreen are the wrong shape. |

The doors doesn't fit either. By the front screen (a "bay window" wasn't used in the 40ies), the wheels and the fender, I'd say it's something post-war, disguised as a Mercedes. Opel Blitz, Hanomag? |

Mercedes Benz L or LE1100..the lighter version of the 4x4 MB L3000..although thet troop carrier open sided rear body is postwar added, probably for fire service use. |

More than a L3000, I'd say Lo2000, as it has the typical lowered chassis and wings/fenders of these series, and seems a light model, too. Cab is not original. |
