From the pictorial evidence shown here it could be anything from a customised Brewster Rolls-Royce to the Munsters on tour in a Ford truck! The false looking English number plate dates to about 1958.

Those triple tail lights suggest Pierce-Arrow.

It's a 1927 Phantom I with Brewster salamanca body (modified), chassis #18LF, currently used by an Australian hire/wedding company.

At least two stars. It's followed by the police for a better look.
