 :no: Correct name is Lancer Evolution III Due to Big bumper.

 Agree - 1995-96 works livery Evo 3, but impossible to confirm event or driver. Works Evo 2 had smaller side holes in front spoiler (top edges were lower than main vent top), 97 works Evo 4 had bonnet vent and light housings in lower spoiler.
