It can't be Japanese because most any Japanese cars in North Korea are JDM. Some Chinese copy, presumably built under license there? |

It does look like a North Korean product, with the four characters in italics on the tailgate. Which actually might be a blessing, as many manufacturers make this exact van type in China. |
