 Hudson, could be 1942 or '46-'47. Seeing it has the gravel shield I think it is a Commodore.

 For me it is most probably a postwar model ; it has the white plastic wheel rims that were frequently installed after ww II when whitewalls were not available.I go for a 1946-7 Hudson Commodore Club Coupe ( 1946 model 52 six or 54 eight or 1947 model 172 six or 174 eight)
