Nope, something coachbuilt. I think it's based on a pre-1934 Auburn Speedster.

On second thoughts, I think it's a hackjob and not something done by a coachbuilder. Notice how poorly the lines fit together in the first thumb. Not to discredit whoever did this, it can't have been an easy job and it looks nice. So probably an older Auburn like I said (notice the early design of the boattail), with the hood and fenders from a '39 Studebaker maybe? Perhaps there's some Graham in there, too, around the front panel.
