 The 159 (sedan) was introduced with the 28/07/2005 price list, with pre-production models existing since the spring. Deliveries started in the fall, so that's why usually it's defaulted as 2006MY. About 17.000 159s were produced in 2005, and this is the 4376th one (not a pre-production at this stage). But there's a weird thing, this one seems to be described in the VIN as a 136hp detuned version of the JTDm 16V for Belgium (we didn't get that version, 16V was only 150hp and 8V was 120hp in the original range), but every app or part site I'm trying has this one as a 150hp  as the VIN actually lists both power outputs, maybe an imprecision?On a side note, mister-auto.it is again giving Italian data and VINs as is norauto.it .gif ":)") ALFA ROMEO 159 - 09/2005 11/2011 Diesel 1.9 JTDM 16V Potenza motore 150CV (110KW) Codice(i) motore(i) TecDOC 939 A2.000 Targa CW868GX Data prima immatricolazione 23/09/2005 De-registered/scrapped/exported 12/03/2018.
