I assume the RSJ plate is a 1980s age-related one, as most *SJ *** registrations are just that. |

Its reg is RSJ 938, which comes up on the DVLA as an Austin, from 1958 (which was the first year of production of MK1 A40s). It is registered as a black one, and the DVLA says it has a 1098cc engine (the engine fitted in the MKII A40 from c.1962 onwards). It also has the bonnet from a MKII on too. That's all I can see at the moment though. As soon as I can drive, I will be up to Goathland in my 1960 Austin A40 to check the place out (I haven't been for a while) -- Last edit: 2007-09-30 21:55:16 |
