I'd say Renault Monaquatre 1933, but not 100% sure |

I was right to not be sure  ... it is not a Renault, but a Citroen 8 or 10 Légère of 1933 with no "chevrons" on the grill (those are on 1934 models) and typical horns under the head lights. Seems to be a Berline. |
