If 1964 Nürburgring 1000km, it's not #37 as that didn't show up. Although a bit Elan-like, I think it's something else British. My best idea from the photo'd cars is #57 Morgan Plus 4 SLR, Chris Lawrence/Pip Arnold, retired after accident. 4 SLRs built 1961-64, first on a TR4, the others on Morgan +4.
