I think I remember this film clip, and therefore the newspaper delivery van, has already appeared on IMCDb but I am unable to find it. edit: found the other reference /vehicle_59474-Humber-Snipe-10cwt-van-1945.html?PHPSESSID=678c5d97e092e2ac7b61062451ad06f9 The appearance in "Passport to Pimloco" would be its first use as the action is directly linked to the movie.
