It is a Scammell Mechanical Horse from 1934.

Great to see that in a film!

It is the 6-ton version with the early style cab:

Introduced as Scammell Mechanical Horse three-ton in June 1933 the six ton version in production by 1934. It was referred to as being very popular by November 1935.

The prototype was developed as both 2-ton and 4-ton therefore its likely the 6-ton production model was made within a few months of the June 1933 introduction.
The cab was identical between 3 and 6-ton only the wheelbase and behind the cab engine size being larger on the 6-ton.
