 1993 MY (1993+) by default. 1993 was the first year for the FB models in the Philippines (at least officially).

Correct indeed. But that specific rear body design isn't manufactured until at least 1995. Best to leave the model year blank in my opinion, as it could be anything after 1998, really.

For reference, here's what an L300 FB would look like in 1993.

But in 1993, it wasn't called an "L300 FB," it was just simply referred to as an L300 then. This specific bodystyle was simply referred to as a "Jeepney", as seen below:
