Long history on this 2006 auction listing for GO 54. There were 4 Fox & Nicholl-commissioned 105 cars (chassis 31051, 31052, 31053 and 31054, with matching plates) raced 1931-34. GO 54 was often the back-up/practice car for the team, so raced less than the others. GO 51 seems to have had a complicated history, converted into a single-seater, so dropped out of the team for other categories, then cloned as a new chassis 31080, and then I'm not sure - so its absence here may be understandable.
