Why can it not be a 2003 model? |

2004 was first model year for those designer wheels. ’03s had the discus style aluminum wheels as an option. |

I’m confused, when did we start calling these Super Van’s ? Every time I search for it, it keeps showing me old Econoline vans (1960’s era) I am aware some of them were indeed called Super Vans, but I have never seen Ford Motor Company call the present-day vans Super Van. I’ll keep searching ... |

Longer bodied ones from 1965-67, and again since 1978 are Super Vans. -- Last edit: 2008-09-17 23:22:36 |

Ah, I have found several Ford OE Brochures (one dating back to 2001) that say otherwise. Ford quit using the "Super Van" designation for extended model vans sometime in the mid or late ‘90s. I’m on the prowl for more info to pinpoint when exactly the name change took place. |
