The chrome window frames tells me this is a Country Sedan, not a Ranch Wagon, which would have had painted window frames. There appears to be a '65 Galaxie 500 in front of it.

Why is it called "Country Sedan" when it is a station wagon?

They call 4-door cars "coupé" so why not call a wagon "sedan"? :D

Ok guys, here it is. My first car was a 1965 Country Sedan. It is called a Country Sedan because, yes...it has 4-doors but, can you haul any significant quantity of straw, bales of hay, and all other things that a person might need, when living on a country farm in a sedan? Would a trip to the feed and grain to pick up a few supplies, be worth the time for the amount that would fit into a sedan's trunk? Hey, lets be clever...a station wagon from the "country" farm is called for here. What if you live on a ranch, what would the wagon be called then? Common, let's think on this. Carguy60 is da man...Ford guys and the USA, hey...hand in hand!!

Hey, I have a question. Just by looking at the rear of the wagon, what option does this car have?

This wagon has the power rear glass option. Opens with the turn of the door key.

Or with a switch on the dash with the ignition in "ACC" (Accessory) or "ON" (Normal position when engine is running.)
