I also thought too blurry to file but maybe indeed a Flaminia Touring..

I'd say could be convertible with hardtop.

To me it looks more like a Ferrari 250 GT s.II Cabriolet Pinninfarina http://www.classiccarcatalogue.com/FERRARI_1961.html .

The shape of the rear window doesn't match the one on the Maserati. For me it was a Flaminia, but maybe I could agree on it being a Ferrari instead.

The only thing that bugs me is that the vertical bumper bars of the Ferrari don't seem to appear here... also, wouldn't a 250 GT be a much rarer car than a Lancia Flaminia?

[Image: 250pf.jpg] -this is a Coupe with fixed roof.

Rarer it would be. And it should have bumper guards which I think (even one of them) would be visible. Agree on shape of top corner of Maserati 3500 rear window, doesn't look like it.
Maybe a Cabriolet PF "high shoulder" line, though both fixed-roof and hardtop have wider b-pillar than seen here (but too blurred to be certain...).
Rear wheel looks like the deep-dish Borrani of the Ferrari. Running "Flaminia Touring Borranis" on Google produces nothing, so nobody did it or does it. Also there's probably no chrome trim low at the sill and the Ferrari also doesn't have one*, unlike the Lancia (and the Maserati). Rear light is a fuzzy mess could be anything, still the Lancia light has quite wide chrome trim... So I'm 70-30 on the Ferrari.

*though apparently some cabriolets have it

The black hardtop (Bringatrailer link) for Ferrari 250 GT Cabriolet S2.
And Ferrari 250 GT Cabriolet S2 (Wikipedia link).

Yeah I've seen that hardtop, lots of chrome. Matches what we see in main pic...

An s2 250 PF Cabriolet with hardtop.

Not that I want to start a discussion, and I now think it might be a Ferrari, but doesn't the C-pillar on the car look way shorter than the one for the hardtop of the s2 250?

This one, which was sold back in 2019 by RM Sotheby's in Florida, lacks the bumper guards and also has the same chrome as the car here. Still, I think that the C-pillar is too thick, maybe it is because the picture is too blurred?

I think hardtop chrome pieces and shape of its corners are identical on all 3, the 2 Sotheby's cars and subject car. As for the height it's either the blurring effect or the whole pic ratio is slightly off? Which makes the whole car just a little bit squashed, like a few %? The missing bumper guards are very rare though, perhaps strangely for such a simple to remove item, yet from what I've seen on barchetta.cc and general googling your example is quite unusual as is of course our car...

How about one of these as a fixed coupe?? If the picture is even partly accurate the rear pillar would have been too flimsy as a hardtop to manhandle off and on with the weight of the glass??

The 250 GT Coupé didn't have the rear arches as pronounced as the Cabriolet, which is what is seen here... agree with @993cc that it could be a problem of the quality or shape of the picture --not fully convinced though

Agree with @dsl, the C-pillar looks too thin, but it isn't a Coupé (see the pictures)

Coupé:

Maybe it has the hardtop of another car (presumably Ferrari in order for it to fit in, e.g. the one below from a 400 Superamerica, although it doesn't really completely match) or a custom-made one? Although I have been searching on the internet but haven't found any...

[edit: it might be the same hardtop but with the windows cut larger? The rear window and all the chrome bits seem to be an exact match, but the side windows seem larger]
