From the hubcap on the sidemounted spare I would say Packard - maybe about 1934?

Agree it is a Packard ,but more recent than 1934. With the 4 " suicide" doors , door handle style and absence of landau leather a 1936 Packard Eight Town Car by LeBaron ( fourteenth series model 1402 ,built august 1935 to september 1936)

The rear fender runningboard light was a feature of the Super 8 & twelve cylinder vehicles. B pillar to rear fender suggests this is likely a long wheel base car. The front suicide door is consistent with 1935 (12 series) or 1936 (14th series).
