So what you're saying is that the license indicates that this vehicle was first allowed on Dutch roads in 1995? It wouldn't make sense because the first model year for these vans was 1997. The earliest this vehicle could have possibly been registered was mid-1996 when these vans were first sold. |

Yes, but maybe they used the date from an earlier Chevy Van/Express because this cars are not very common in Holland. (even if it's not the same model). I don't know how this system works presizely. 2nd options is a fake license as you mentioned earlier this evening... Let's make is 1995. What about the badging on the rear? What does it say? Yes, but it CANNOT under any circumstance be a 1995. It is at least a 1997 model. The license HAS to be a fake, or from another vehicle, if it indicates that this particular van was registered in 1995. I can't read it very well, but it seems to read Express. Notice how it's only one word as opposed to two separate ones (Chevy Van). |

What I meant was that Dutch DMV used a 'date first allowed' from an earlier Chevrolet Van because they thought it was the same... But just guessing. Express sounds good to you? |

Sure, if you agree with it. As I said before, I'm not sure what name these vans have in Holland, if any different from ours. Would you be in agreement if I changed it to 1997 for the reasons I stated above? |
