The coupe de ville body and the plain wheels with protuberant hubcaps look definitely of Franay origin ,there is no sheet metal around the low windshield frame, could be a very late Hispano Suiza ( V12 on the J 12 chassis).Delages had heavier side trims.Franay also bodied some 1939 Packards in this style but windshields were different. |
