It's not specified. The context of the scene is Rev. J.K. Simmons aiming to dissuade Scott Caan from marrying some woman since she happens to be a three-peat widow. This particular ‘scene’ (more of a shot as the camera never moves) shows the ‘driver error’ (see below) that killed her second husband (he was in the boot of the car). It's followed by the tale of her third husband who is shown as a ‘missing person’ on a milk carton somewhere in Asia (during their honeymoon), so it's possible husband #2 drove badly in the UK. That said, the movie was filmed in Canada, and its credits name the Toronto Film and Television Office, City of Niagara Falls and City of St. Catharines in the 'thank you' list.
