With those headrests and the lack of amber sidelight on the rear fender I'd say model year 1975-76. |

@pingis: You're correct about the Volvo's sold in Sweden didn't have side lights until MY 1977. However, in the U.S. it was compulsory from MY 1968 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automotive_lighting (see under 'Side marker lights and reflectors') which means most of the 140's and all the 240's would have had amber sidelights.  This has metallic paint (colour code 105: Gold Metallic?), which was only available on the more costly GL versions. |
