| This car is on moody plates - you can also see them on one of the police Allegro's and a Hillman Imp. In truth no new car in 1972/2 would be supplied on black plates in any event. The reason many old cars now turn up on them is because you can't buy the period raised peak yellow and black plates due to a change in government legislation, so the black ones are easier to source. | With this front grille and door mirrors, I would say a circa 1975 one and it looks a Ghia trim. |
