I couldn't find exact info about model years in Belgium but according to a circa 1950 publicity in René Bellu's 'Toutes les Citroën' (p.242) in Belgium the BL was called Berline Légère 10 C.V. (!) whereas the Berline Normale was a 11 C.V. ...
