Well, this junk was popular in the 80ies, also behind the Iron Wall. In the late 80ies very much loved in the DDR. I remember, that I've seen also Dacias with these useless gimmicks on there. |

In Romania, such car modifications (incorrectly named 'tuning' here) started in the early-to-mid 90s, maybe 1993 onwards. The window louvers are likely to be Turkish-made and started to be imported some time after 1993. |
