The car David Niven (main character) and Francoise Dorleac (main female character) use to leave the airport. The car is oddly never shown in its full glory, but the scene dissolves into:

which was probably meant to suggest the white convertible in it is that same car, but it certainly looks different (and is missing David Niven in the passenger seat...).
