This is actually an early Zephyr. Zephyr rear lights: https://car-from-uk.com/ebay/carphotos/full/ebay147035977871630.jpg Consul rear light: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Eeg7cszWsAIS-GS.jpg:large The Zephyr has chromed rear lights surround and a chromed vertical strip beneath, while the Consul has the rear lights surround painted in the body colour and no vertical strip. However, there was one exception; the Consul deluxe.
