What a shame! 1957 Plymouth Fury's were rare even when new, and this one's equipped with the ultra-rare bumper guards that are worth about $500 each now. I guess if Halicki hadn't destroyed this one, John Carpenter may have when he filmed "Christine" three years later in the same town! Here's out it would have looked when new: |

They did customize some right hand vehicles for australian export. I don't know if they converted any genuine fury's though. It is a shame. it looks like that car was a genuine fury with the Fury trim and bumper guards as mentioned above. Now I have to see the movie... |
