Look likes a Belgian made 1963+ 2CV AZM3 made for Germany with these taillights, specific vertical side indicators and dual plate lighting > http://www.lesfillesdeforest.be/V2004/default.htm

January 1964 for conventional doors in Germany, a year ahead of Forrest production. Classic German orderliness and bureaucracy: "Ve cannot allow eh kah tu be ssold viss'ese opposing doors, it's eh risk of indschörie"

It s definately not an AZM3 but a late Sixties Belgian built AZ-A. By the way, you can only tell that it s Belgian built, by the grey colour of the front lights and the special system for the locking of the roof. The basic version of the 2CV was imported from France and Belgium and viewed from outside, there were no differences between a German AZ-A built in Levallois and an German AZ-A built in Forest. They both had rectangular flashing lights in the front wings, Ulo-rearlights, lateral Hella flashing lights and Hella lights for the number plate. Viewed from inside it was the turn signal switch and the door panels, giving you a clear hint to the production place. After September 1967, it became even easier, because the colour of the steering wheel and the turn signal switch and the switch for the light were black on Belgian built AZ-A whereas the French built AZ-A continued to have those parts in "Gris Rosé".
