A crewbus with the side bench seats. We had one exactly the same as a school bus even the colour. If you stuck your head out of the sliding side windows in the rear , when the driver slid his door back as you see here it could almost decapitate you . I saw this happen twice .gif ":)") Nowadays it would be an extended legal claim for trauma and negligence, then after brief look to see if head still attached we were told to get on with it !
