Hillman or Sunbeam? Wikipedia says 'Throughout most of Europe the Sunbeam name was used, except for the Netherlands, Italy and Spain.' IIRC they were marketed as Sunbeam 1250/1500.

In one scene (also filmed in this garage) there is a poster on the wall with name "Hillman", but of course it also can have nothing to do with this model.
As I see now on the site are two from Finland and Spain listed as "Sunbeam Avenger".

? In Holland Hillman was better known than Sunbeam upto the sixties, but this model was only sold as Sunbeam. They started for m.y 1971 (1250/1500), in 1973 only 1500 TC, in 1974 1600 TC, in 1975 1300/1300 TC or 1600 GLS, 1976 several versions of the 1300 and 1600 (also a two-door version...) and since 1977 with the new front as Chrysler 1300/1600... I guess this one would be a pre 1973 1250 (simple headlights, no overriders). I think to remember that Dutch versions had orange turn indicators, though.

So rename it to 1250? Or maybe better leave it as Avenger if not sure?

I think the late Hillman Minx (the 'Arrow' one, = Paykan) was, like at other times the ADO16 Morris 1100 and the Mk.I Ford Cortina, among the British cars imported by the then Jugoslavia in small numbers because the domestic car industry (Zastava, basically) couldn't cope with demand, which probably accounts for the poster. As regards the model name in Jugoslavia I'm not sure, but when I took my (then 9-year-old) Avenger to France I had to explain to an elderly pump attendant in Yvetot that it was the same as a Sunbeam 1250, and he understood immediately.

So you had one. I even like them - Avengers and Hunters :D - that's probably because I don't know much about them . ;)
Btw. there is no doubts about the export brand of the Hunter? I've already listed some in non British movies, to this discussion matches the one from Belgrade:

I had two Avengers, Michał, a 1973 1250 and a 1976 1300: both bought when they were past their best, but I was poor at the time. In my experience, and that of friends who owned later models, quality deteriorated rather during the ten-year run of the model on the UK – the Chrysler-branded models were very poor.
As far as the export brand of the Hunter is concerned, I'm not sure, but I think the same applies as to the Minx.

It is sad what Chrysler did with all of these old European manufacturers.
