The sidelights in the wings are just there to confuse you, Chris!  Actually this is a Land-Rover 80" Series I with the "lights through the grille" which make it a 1950 model. Note the original sidelights that were mounted on the bulkhead. The left wing was probably exchanged after some unintentional cold deformation. It is from a 1952/53 model. The sidelight on the right wing was also a retrofit. I guess the dent in the wing is responsible for the strange position. -- Last edit: 2008-04-25 22:24:02 |
