Phantom IV I think |

I have checked it out and compared the Phantom IV to a near identical Hooper Empress body on LWB Silver Wraith Chassis. The Hooper Empress PhantomIV is in the USA for a few years and indeed looks very similar but this is a Rolls-Royce SILVER WRAITH with Hooper Empress body on a LWB Chassis - and not a Phantom IV |

This is definitely a Silver Wraith with Hooper design 8390 coachwork. I am very familiar with 4BP3, the Phantom IV in California with the similarly-styled coachwork. |
