It's an Italian Police 1900 known as "Pantera". The divided windscreen is bulletproof and along with the partially opening canvas roof - used to provide a better shooting spot - and the additional lamps are part of its specific equipment. The first 1900 "Panteras" - like this with its round rear lights - were delivered in 1952 to the "Polizia di Stato" and were based on the 1900 TI. |
