The "crushed" one is a FoMoCo product from the mid-60's (my guess is either a Falcon or Comet). The sedan next to it is a 1966/67 Dodge Coronet. -- Last edit: 2008-03-29 23:30:12 |

I agree about the crushed car being a Fomoco, I was thinking 61/63 Galaxie, looking at the fender, door and A pillar area, |

Dunno Mike...the roof line seems more compact. I'm still thinking Falcon/Comet. Wish we had a better picture. |

I just did a bunch of Google Image surfing, and based on (1) the curved side glass, (2) the shape of the vent window (the way it bisects the A-pillar angle), and (3) the way chrome is applied to the A-pillar, this appears to be a 1965-1969 full-sized Ford product, such as a Ford Galaxie. In fact, I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's a 1965-69 Ford Galaxie, because Mercury didn't seem to chrome the A-pillar in the same way (covering the entire pillar). Details beyond this are anyone's guess. |

How hard can this be? (For Commander 57, very hard, of course) |
