| The style of the radiator (with sharpe edges) would suggest it is an American LaFrance - probably early to mid 1920s. The early ones like this http://www.sanjosefiremuseum.com/index.cfm?Section=3&PageNum=169&titles=0 were on a very long wheelbase but later they made tractor/trailers. | The dark coloured car with the side-mounted spares is a mystery. Not many cars used a Vee screen and a vee radiator and side lights on the guards. It would narrow it down to 1935-7. Can't match it with anything I know. -- Last edit: 2008-03-29 10:24:42 |
