I have just been looking at a picture of a Guy Quad-Ant, and I think we can eliminate that. Morris-Commercial did make the tractor for the 25 pounder field gun and limber, but I was not aware that they made any GS trucks like in the image we are trying to identify.

The above is a Canadian Ford F60H 3-ton 6x4, which has the same cab. Looks like 2491tj is right.

He is known to be reliable with his identifications.

It is Ford F60S CMP Cab 11 from 1940. It looks like one of a later production which already has the vents mounted on the side of the radiartor grille.

I would say the wheelbase is rather 134¼" (F60S) than 158" (F60L).

the side lockers and open rear arches denote the type as the F60L..the shorter wheelbase has a different locker arrangement and the arches above the rear wheels are more filled in and come level with the top of the rear wheels, whereas the one in the pic shows a gap from top of wheel to where the bodywork starts..., the height of the body sides under the tarp in relation to the cab sides also indicate it to be the larger F60L.

This is a captured British truck in German service on the eastern front, late 1941 or early 1942.
