Yeah, but, at the beginning of the movie, the repo man said it was a 1978 Mack Superliner

A dialog in a movie is far from being a trustworthy source...

If it's within the year range, there's no reason to distrust the info, IMHO.

Okay, I can understand that, However, while I have you here, there's two that need to be fixed, that I actually provided links for under Rob Mariani's, some switched the year to 1973, when I listed it as a 1974, because, he's the owner of it and said it was a 1974, I provided two links for it to show my source's, not about year range, than, when you know an actual correct year,

link to that truck is here:
/vehicle_496649-Ford-WT-9000-1973.html

and the links I provided for the vehicle is in the comments under that vehicle

Another movie that can be updated that was listed correctly was the GMC General in Any Which Way You Can, It was originally listed as a 1980, It was switched to a 1977, It's the same truck as in Smokey and the Bandit II, surviving truck I knew about, they used two GMC General's, both of them were 1980's, I provided wheels picture's of the truck in the comments of that truck, but, you can still tell it's that truck
/vehicle_73782-GMC-General-1977.html

And than Black Dog, I provided surviving picture's of the truck, in the comments of that truck, the year was taken off, It's a 1994, in fact all four Peterbilt 379's in Black Dog were all 1994's
/vehicle_41226-Peterbilt-379.html

And Big Trouble In Little China, I've provided picture's of the surviving truck in comments of that truck, it's a 1985, only one truck used in that movie...

@ Lateef:
Concerning GTO 990, I find it hard to follow the recommendations of someone who uses comments in Pinterest as sources. And Bj, who gave that info at first, was apparently also a specialist for fancy infos...
For now, the only confirmed info we have is the unveiling date given in the corporate site linked above ;)
